Terrible
Randomly stopped working then sends me on a recursive loop of asking me to login then enter the code from the code generator app - within the code generator app! Providing the code from the backup channel just dismisses the login window, only you put you back at the start of the login process. Deleting and reinstalling the app doesn’t help. Pointless waste of time.

Funny to read past reviews from years ago slamming this app, because those comments are still valid TODAY!! Services Australia pay someone who knows what they’re doing to make this authentication app work!!!
Randomly stopped working without warning
Was fine until today when a start message appeared. Clicking on this takes you to the PRODA site with no instructions on how you are supposed to reconfigure it. It’s now completely useless and I’ve deleted it.

Why can’t we just use a functioning 2FA app? I am now having the same issues as everyone else- you go to get the code, and you’ve been logged out. You try to log in, and the app asks you for a code- that it should be giving you itself. What is the point?

Not working on iPhone. Asks me to login, I use the back up channel (email) to get a code to login, then takes me straight back to the login page. Very frustrating!

Why not make this compatible with the Apple Watch so I don’t have to have my sodding phone on me all the time to login?
Usefulness.
This app is beyond useless. A great pity you can’t rate it at less than one star. I tried for over an hour to set up a PRODA account using this & couldn’t make it work. Neither could well-meaning staff at Services Australia. Run away from this. Despite PRODA recommending this, go with the mobile phone as a channel. It’s good enough for the banks.

When you login to PRODA you are asked for verification code from the code generator App which also asks you to login and then supply the code which you can’t access! Complete waste of time.

When I encounter the 2-step verification process on the PRODA website, it asks me to enter a passcode from the mobile app. Unfortunately the mobile app also requires me to go through the same 2-step verification process, using a passcode from the mobile app! A complete waste of time.

Very Poor Registration Process
Registration required multiple codes from my phone via a web page within the app that fits poorly on a phone or tablet screen.
