Absolute garbage

This app is an absolute garbage. I had to create a brand new account because I was not able to reset the old one after multiple attempts. Guess what I have authentication fell for the new password too. It works on the web, but not in the app, it is so annoying. I only wanted to use it so I can recharge my Ski card but it seems I have to do it manually from the web. Extremely poor user experience.

Unable to top up as serial number on pass not accepted and also in completely different format. Waste of time
