Regardless of how I change my passwords and can sign in via the web, I get the same advice when I attempt to log on with the app ‘Login attempt failed. Please check your credentials and try again”

Dodgiest unreliable app ever

Firstly worked for a while then doesn’t then gave up decided to give it a go as I have reward dollars I can’t access and special deals , now it won’t recognise me and give me any option to log in and only wants me as a new customer when following through on this says already a customer login which obviously can’t . The worst app of all the many I have ever used. Guys use a different IT team this is nothing but a sad experience for every user. .just ask your staff !!

App Update has removed my points and not added any of the points won during the last promotion.
Contacted support to be told issue has been resolved, when it hasn’t.
Clearly don’t want or need it to be a success
