App won’t let me log in
Regardless of how I change my passwords and can sign in via the web, I get the same advice when I attempt to log on with the app ‘Login attempt failed. Please check your credentials and try again”
Dodgiest unreliable app ever
Firstly worked for a while then doesn’t then gave up decided to give it a go as I have reward dollars I can’t access and special deals , now it won’t recognise me and give me any option to log in and only wants me as a new customer when following through on this says already a customer login which obviously can’t . The worst app of all the many I have ever used. Guys use a different IT team this is nothing but a sad experience for every user. .just ask your staff !!

All is back
Finally the app is back!!! Wish they would add the feature that adds my member barcode to my apple wallet though.
Still having issue with member prices with the app as they currently are not working properly

Rubbish update
The issues this app has had are ridiculous. The new update is no better. They lost all my point details twice. All account details were lost during last update. Just rubbish.
Not fixed rubbish app
Was sent a text message to say this app has been fixed however it’s not. Can’t log in as no account found with my email. Complete waste of time don’t bother, I wish I could give zero stars

App worked once then glitched. Staff don’t bother asking for your details, I get why, it would be annoying ….and worse I live regionally and prices are ridiculous so not surprised they don’t care their discount app isn’t working
App doesn’t work and causes issues for staff
This app creates nothing but angry customers. As a bottle-o staff member you tell customers that to access the members price they see on the ticket (sometimes saving them over $10 which is a huge sale for alcohol) they need to download an app that won’t let them create an account and therefore they’ll never get access to that discounted price. Not fun.
This app needs to be fixed, and until then members prices should be removed since they aren’t increasing customers, they are actively frustrating them and turning them away

The app is hopeless, can sign in, when you finally do, it doesn’t provide the barcode required for the staff to scan.
The staff suggested changing my store location as it didn’t have my home store recorded. Tried to do that and it requires an email to the company. 🤦♂️
Absolutely horrible interface. Poor form by the company to push patrons to sign up for rewards and yet it doesn’t work.

Not letting me login
I have tryed for three days and it not letting me login what the go I might no use this app suggested by the bottle shop

App is hopeless at finding location even when I’m in a Bottle O store, location not found, and no it’s not just my phone so it’s definitely the app. Very disappointing.
Waste of time
The owner of my local bottleO suggested this app to access discounted prices, but. Downloaded the app and was unable to register as it scrolled off the screen after I entered my new password. Gave up and went to the website on my iPad to register. Verified via email, but the app does THE SAME THING when I try to log in. The keyboard won’t retract after I enter my password, and if I can manage to hit the green button, the screen just goes white. There goes 20 minutes of my life.

I cannot, for the life of me, log in to this app. I enter my email and password and I try to hit enter and it scrolls off-screen. Everything I try to his the log in button has failed. Dumb app!

Same as last persons review. You go around and around in circles trying to authenticate your details. I’ve reset so many times in the past it I give up🤷🏻♀️

Doesn’t work. Got stuck on tell us your favourite drink after signing up and now when I try to use it, it opens up to asking for my phone number and when I enter it it says it’s already in use and to choose again. No way to access my membership now so a completely pointless app
