Beautiful shiny app that DOESN’T update
The app is beautiful and in theory should be perfect to give us status updates of our build... BUT our builder keeps taking photos and adding to the app on their end and the updates and pictures do not flow to the customer app! I’ve gotten 1 photo after addressing this several times with Brookfield. If we’re going to put money into an app and advertise it as a communication method, primarily photos, someone should be managing the back end.

The app is never updated with build status or pictures
The app is a great idea and we were excited to have an easy way to keep track of progress and see pictures of our house being built. However, we are half way though the build and the phases have never been update, the details for our house are documented in the app incorrectly, and the picture uploads never work. Good idea. Bad user experience.
