Yeah, this is definitely not an improvement over physical keys. Frequency doesn’t work for guests. Total hassle.
App does not work
If your apartment is using this app maybe don’t rent there. Sometimes it will get stuck in a loading state and it won’t come out of it.
Hardly works
This app never work for my specific building. The leasing office told me that it’s specifically my building in the whole complex that continuously has a problem. At one point the door wouldn’t even open with the fob, we had to use the south end door for a month 🙄. I’ve been in my building for 2 years and yall still haven’t gotten it together. Pathetic

Sorely in need of an app for Apple Watch
Works well enough. But the developers should seriously consider developing a version for the Apple Watch.
