App takes way too long to unlock doors and fails often. There have been way too many occasions where I have to make multiple attempts before the door unlocks.

So unbelievably slow
If you truly despise your residents this is the fob company for you. The mobile app takes 15 seconds to unlock the door. So forget about carrying in groceries or luggage or moving or anything unless you have an entirety to stand next to the reader holding your phone while it sends a signal to Mars or Uranus.
