BULOVA JET STAR
I purchased 3 Bulova Jet Star watches… 1 limited edition & 2 of the Marone Colored Faces.
I hesitated purchasing the LIMITED EDITION-But could not Resist the Red-White & Blue on America’s 250th Birthday.
I Love the Colors, sweep second hand & Quality of Jet star watch
I gave 1 of the Marone Colored Watches to my Late Pastors Son, (who Pastor’s a Small Bible Believing Church, Small Town in GA.) I’m so thankful that God supplied me with the Resources for the Watches.
I jokingly gave the a Jet Star to my Pastor friend….With the ACCURACY OF THE PRECISIONIST MOVEMENT MY PASTOR FRIEND WILL “KNOW EXACTLY” How Long his Sermons are. I feel as I should give a Bible Verse to complete my Thankfulness JOHN 3:16!

Not pleased so far
I’ve had this watch since 6/11/2026 and I’ve had to set the time 3-4 times already. This is supposed to be an automatic watch. I’m trying to register it and it’s giving me trouble too.
App not working
App is not working. Cant get past the get started screen. As in reading reviews it seems many people have the same issue. It’s been a few months of reviews containing the same issue now and seems like they’re not in a rush to fix this issue.
Can’t login
Opening the app asked me for my email and information and enter the code from email. I finish this process and it takes me back to the screen asking for my email. Upon entering my email, it’s says I am already logged in but I can’t get past that screen to get into the app.
Can’t Log in or sign up
Can’t even use the app. After you click “get started” and enter your email then fill in all your information, clicking the save button causes you to just get sent right back to the “get started” page.
Can’t get past login
So far this app gets a 1 star from me. I get to the “get started” portion and enter my email, all it says when I try to send a verification code is “you are already logged in”. From this point I can’t go forward, I just keep getting sent in this circle. If this is fixed, my review will too.
Glitch login
I can no longer log in. It recognizes my email, sends the verification code, says I am logged in, but will not let me proceed. Asks me to login again and then tells me I’m logged in.
Doesn't work
I used to have access to my three registered watches but now it won't let me access app, says I'm already logged in but doesn't let you advance. Even website doesn't send forgot password link. Totally messed up.
Can’t get it
Says I’m logged in so I can’t complete anything and get in the app.

Disappointed that the app only has a focus on sales not service.

The sticker for inspection covered barcode. No serial number listed. Nothing in app works to accept the photo of receipt or watch. Unable to setup the watch or register the purchase. Guess I must return to Costco. Technology and limited programming makes this a bad choice and experience!
Keeping Time
I Love how the watch looks but if I don’t wear the watch 24 hours a day, it stops and I have to rest the time I use it.

Worst watch app and user manuals
I purchased the Bulova watch from Costco two months ago and am still struggling to identify the exact model and find the user manual to set it up. Despite registering the watch and downloading the app, the experience has been frustrating. The app appears poorly designed, showing little regard for customer satisfaction. Even with the serial number, the app fails to provide any relevant information, only suggesting additional watches to purchase. The manual provided is a difficult-to-read PDF, adding to the overall disappointing user experience.
