Won’t allow any images over 4mpg and I can’t seem to reduce the size of the images unless a pay for an app to covert them

Everything ends up in an endless loop. You cannot do most things the app is supposed to do. Very disappointing.

Attaching receipts is a nightmare
I thought making my claim through the app would be easy but has been more faff than I expected. Taking a photo of your receipt/invoice through the app is pointless as the app then complains the photo is too large which the user has no control over. The app should resize the image to get around this.
I then had to go to my laptop to convert the picture to pdf which the app would still not accept. It seems to just hang when I try to attach that. Not the seamless experience I hoped for

Absolute rubbish pure frustration, designed to make it so difficult to make a claim you don’t bother. Shame on you Bupa! Logs you out when upload photo, won’t accept a normal size photo. Stops working. Rubbish

upcoming appointment
I am looking for an upcoming appointment and have deleted the email. cannot find on here which i thought would be standard very poor
