Can never get it to accept photo of receipt always have to email separately app never works properly takes several attempts to get it to work sometimes lets you key it all then says not available try again later after it’s all been checked it’s a nightmare
Small file size
Unlike the online portal which accepts files up to 10MB the app only accepts 5! In the end I had to email my photo to myself and download onto my laptop- not very efficient use of my time!

Forever changing, can’t find docs
I can never actually find any of my data every time this updates. Old docs are missing and previous appointments. Sign in is like something from the late 90’s.
