Zelle does not work
There is no much left to say, I have not been able to make a single transfer with Zelle.

This app or branch need to upgrade to modern times !!! Cant connect to any tap for my phone or zelle a d sending people money is a hassle

Can’t enable face ID
There’s no option for setting the face ID login in the security settings.
Needs a new update
I sign in to my account and once I’m in the application vanishes from my phone to my homepage. This needs a new update.
New update is horrible
I dislike this update so much. Nothing is actually up to date in your account when you move things around. App also crashes and takes forever to log in.
Facial recognition doesn’t work
Everything’s pretty nice on the new app except facial recognition doesn’t work to save your life. Please fix this.

Worst bank
You can even use plaid, when you try to have a loan in other banks or any loan company you can’t access in their bank when you use plaid and it goes to sign in bank is either bank is in active or can’t see your bank. Worst ever
Cool update but
After so many years of a plain app it finally got an update. So far I’m liking except….. I can have the facial recognition to open it up. I can’t find where to add that feature 😫

Just when you deposit a check it takes long it doesn’t get it at the first time and it’s frustrating

Face recognition password
Every time I go to login, I have to put in my password the face recognition doesn’t work. It only works after I put in my password every time.
Alerts
Alerts are delayed would be nice to get instant alert of withdrawls and transactions and not hours later
