Don’t work
This is a really temperamental app. When it’s working it does what it’s supposed to do. 90% I can’t log into it when I’m in the shop & can’t use the offers. It’s really terrible.

This app is awful. You add things to your basket, finish your order - and when you hit View Cart to complete the order it flashes up and disappears again. I cannot finish the process. 20 minutes wasted on this tonight. Use the website instead of this rubbish.
Disappointed
Rewards seem to disappear and staff not trained to help customers find their offers . After months of purchasing- haven’t even got a free portion of chips . AVOID , it’s hopeless

Good, but when you order online the countdown to free chips does not go down, despite the points going up. There is therefore nothing to say when free chips are available.
More of a food review
The app can sometimes be temperamental but the food is sooo good it makes the glitches worthwhile. The offers and codes may not always work but the shop team are always really helpful and pleasant.

Really helpful app and ordering platform. Great deals and discount coupons. Had a few teething problems at first but all seem to be sorted now. Makes ordering my fish and chips really simple, all ready for click and collect

Makes ordering online so much easier and I love that I can see how many points and stamps I have earned- alongside the special offer coupons exclusively available for members!

I love the new app, it’s great having my rewards and ordering in one app! The rewards are amazing and the app is super easy to use!
Can’t log in
Unable to log in. Removed app, reset password still no good. Go back to Fish & chicken app, at least it worked.

Lots of offers offered but none work
I have tried three times to use coupon codes sent by email or in the ‘offers’ tab. They stopped working, they were working at first but now they don’t. I won’t order until the promised discounts are more than ‘pie in the sky’. Right now they just seem to be ‘fishing’ for customers but deceiving them ‘hook, line and sinker’. For now, I will be scampiing elsewhere for my wally and chips

This app is so bad that I have stopped ordering from my local Churchill’s fish and chip shop
Not working
Confirmation emails are not sent after registration. I’ve reinstalled App, changed my password twice & have given up. Come on Fish n Chicken- you can do better than this. As a regular user the old App was clunky but at least it worked.
