I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the absolutely unacceptable quality of service I have been receiving from Comway. The internet connection is frequently down or so unstable that it is virtually unusable. This is not a one-time issue—this has been happening consistently and has severely affected my work and daily life.

Worst internet service not recommend it anyone
I used comway internet service last 1 month but after installation, I am facing slow internet issue within 20 minutes. No one came to resolve this issue worst customer service also. I want to give 0 star but there is no any option for that. I request to all please avoid this internet service otherwise you lost your hard money also.

Fraud company
Never purchase their connection. You will raise request they will resolve it automatically without resolving issues. You will be frustrated with their interrupted internet and slow speed. It was just 4 days of connection. I asked to return my money they were just returning security money by saying that can not return 6month internet connection paid money

Don’t use
I would advise against using Comway Internet. Initially, their engineer presented me with a different plan for recharging and provided inaccurate information. Subsequently, after one month, the company informed me of a more expensive plan.
