I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the absolutely unacceptable quality of service I have been receiving from Comway. The internet connection is frequently down or so unstable that it is virtually unusable. This is not a one-time issue—this has been happening consistently and has severely affected my work and daily life.

Worst internet service not recommend it anyone
I used comway internet service last 1 month but after installation, I am facing slow internet issue within 20 minutes. No one came to resolve this issue worst customer service also. I want to give 0 star but there is no any option for that. I request to all please avoid this internet service otherwise you lost your hard money also.

Fraud company
Never purchase their connection. You will raise request they will resolve it automatically without resolving issues. You will be frustrated with their interrupted internet and slow speed. It was just 4 days of connection. I asked to return my money they were just returning security money by saying that can not return 6month internet connection paid money

Don’t use
I would advise against using Comway Internet. Initially, their engineer presented me with a different plan for recharging and provided inaccurate information. Subsequently, after one month, the company informed me of a more expensive plan.

Very worst services. There is no one to atten the complain neither they are giving any responsible person contact no. In customer care also there is no one to look after your complain. This company is only for looting of our public money. I advise all the users to discontinue their connection at the earliest

Worst internet & customer services
In the whole month of may, I have complained 19 times for the inetrnet issue. These cx service always raises a ticket for the complaint and without fixing the internet they resolves the complaint. Next day again you have to repeat the same procedure. This company is totally a scam, it's better to have some other internet service provider.

Comway is a pain. I would never suggest anyone to go for comway. They encourage you to take longer plans and then provide bad services. I have a fibre connection and the Internet is down almost every day. I have to raise a ticket every now and then and when u contact customer service all they say is technical issue.How can technical issues happen every day. I am just waiting for my plan to get over.will not advice anyone who works from home. Really Disappointing!!!!

Worst broadband. They have outage every single day and whenever i call customer care they say it’ll b fixed within 2 hours however it gets fixed after 6 to 12 hours.
Rubbish Internet
Worst internet service provider I have ever come across. Executive don’t know anything apart from saying that we will raise a ticket and team will call you. It’s been a week now my internet is not working and every time I call they say we will raise a ticket. Please don’t go for Comway as these people run after money only. Pathetic service. Would never recommend this to anyone. I have raised a request for disconnection. Not sure if they will refund the security deposit or not.

even after repeated calls to their customer care no one turned up to see. every time they promise a technician visit in next 2 hours. but its been more than 72 hours now.
so finally getting a new connection from a different isp.

Fraudsters
Once they get prepaid money they would forget you and your connection. Customer care is worst than anyone. This system is not accepting zero star rating that is why one star is given. Every time I complain the customer care generates a complaint ticket and assures a call back within an hour but no one calls back ever. Customer care dont do anything more than that.
