About
“Something feels off today.”
“I feel a little more balanced than usual.”
This app helps you turn those everyday feelings into a personal record you can build on over time.
My Condition is a condition tracking app that lets you quickly log how you feel, then review those records alongside data such as sleep, heart rate, HRV, step count, and respiratory rate. By combining subjective feelings with objective data, it becomes easier to notice the difference between your good days and the days when your condition tends to slip.
Rather than treating condition management as something you do only to avoid bad days, this app is designed to help you build a sustainable habit of understanding yourself. The goal is not only to react to discomfort, but also to learn what supports your better days.
Logging is quick and simple, even on busy days.
You can record whether you felt well or unwell, and add fatigue level, symptoms, notes, and context when needed. As your records build up, you can start to see what patterns appear in your own life and what conditions may help you stay more stable.
One of the main strengths of this app is that it helps you reflect based on your own baseline, not a generic standard.
The same amount of sleep or the same physical data can feel very different from one person to another. My Condition uses your recent logs and your better days as reference points, so changes feel more personal and relevant.
Main features:
• Log how you feel
Record whether you felt good or unwell, based on your own impression. You can also add fatigue level, symptoms, notes, and daily context.
• Compare with HealthKit data
Review your condition alongside sleep, heart rate, resting heart rate, HRV, step count, and respiratory rate.
• See the difference between good days and difficult days
Notice how sleep and physical indicators may differ between days when you felt well and days when your condition was more unstable.
• Today’s condition view
See personal guides for today’s body stress, how easily your condition may be disrupted, and headache-related strain based on your recent records and HealthKit data.
• Trend views
Look back on daily changes and weekday-based patterns, so you can understand both short-term shifts and broader trends over time.
• Face-area tracking
Record visible changes such as puffiness and signs of tiredness, and compare morning and evening records, daily changes, and longer-term trends. Note: This is a beta feature.
• Insight cards
As more logs build up, the app presents easy-to-read insights about recent patterns, common traits of your better days, and differences between your good days and difficult days.
• Visit and sharing summary
Your recent records can be organized into a summary that is easier to review and share with family members or during a medical visit.
• Backup for device changes
Export and import your records and settings when changing devices.
Recommended for people who:
• Often feel “not quite right,” but find it hard to explain why
• Want to organize patterns in sleep, fatigue, headaches, mood changes, or daily condition
• Want a condition tracking app that is quick enough to continue on busy days
• Want to understand their own patterns using both feelings and data
• Want a more personal way to manage daily condition
My Condition does not push a fixed answer on you.
It helps you build your own baseline, starting from how you feel. By recording not only difficult days but also better days, you can gradually understand when you feel more balanced and what patterns may make things harder.
Instead of making condition tracking feel like a burden, My Condition helps turn it into a habit that supports daily life over time.
