not working
I just tried to do day one and i get to the last page and it’s just gibberish. Nothing works can’t click anything so can’t submit.
Buggy
Went to do a diary for the previous day and was met with an unending loop of connection errors. Restarting the app and logging out/back in do not help.
Absolutely horrible
I have been a Nielsen panel member for about 20 years and love doing the consumption diaries. But this app is completely worthless. You get to do about 3 days, maybe 4 if you’re lucky, and then it just stops working. It is a plain white screen saying “service unavailable due to maintenance downtime, please try again later”. But it stays this way all day for several days, even if you delete the app and reinstall it multiple times. So there’s no way to actually complete the week and earn your reward. Total rip-off.

Keep getting error messages
This app is so annoying. I’d spend time filling out the survey and then when I try to submit, it says there’s a connection error. I try again, I close the app and open again, and still the error if I try to start a new entry for the new day, it says it will close all the data in my incomplete survey. So I’ve basically wasted my time. This has happens several times and I never get to complete a full week.

Freezes and unable to use-junk app!
This app repeatedly freezes and doesn’t allow any entries. Deleting and reinstalling it doesn’t resolve the issue. Totally useless waste of time and effort.
Don’t waste your time
Tried using this for a NCP survey. Took a good deal of time to enter information, then refused to submit the data (gave an error message with instructions to restart the app and try again…over and over). Very disappointing

On iOS 18.4, Won’t complete survey. Won’t send. Reboot, replace, different device, doesn’t work.

Started great, then, it didn’t!
I started this program through my NCP survey membership program. I was told I’d get a $25 Amazon gift card for a week of uploading everything I eat and drink for a full week. The app worked fine for about a week. Then it kept error’ing out, and wouldn’t send my data. It was recommended that I uninstall and reinstall the app. That was a bad idea, because now it doesn’t recognize my login credentials. Not sure if I’ll still get the money I was supposed to get for completing a full week of data captures.

Doesn’t work properly
This app has always had issues but lately it freezes up anytime I try to open it. Sometimes just a white screen, sometimes I’m able to log in and then I get the white screen. I have tried deleting it and redownloading it and it still doesn’t work correctly.
Stopped working after a couple days
This app is horrendous. After just a couple days the app is just a white screen. Absolutely nothing shows up. I’ve tried deleting and downloading again three times and still nothing. Pointless. So disappointed.
No back button and app support does not work
"No back button" and app support does not work. Shows year 2023 instead of 2024.
Does not update
This has last year as the year of the diary entey;the app has not updated to 2024.
Doesn’t work at all
My app worked for the first 2 days but now it just gives me an error message. The error says——> An error had occurred processing request. Please restart the app and try again.
Gone
After completing daily consumption for a week or more now the site has an error and no longer works!
No app support
I am currently using this app, and came back here to find app support. But the page is not found. I mistakenly submitted two diaries for one date, and need to delete one of them. Apparently this is not possible.
Froze every time
I never got to complete a full day. It froze every time I would get to my third meal of the day and I would have to start over. I did everything the told me to do, uninstall, reinstall, but it never worked. Of course, it was my fault that I missed 3 consecutive days even though I’d been emailed since the first day I had problems with their app. So, I’m not eligible for the incentive. If your app is going to have this many problems, at least give people a back up way to track.

Needs updates
Doesn’t want to open half the time on iPhone and yes it’s updated. Also needs to save login Info as well as showing showing what account you’re in. I have an iPhone 11 Pro. So not sure why the app isn’t working but it needs fixed. I’ve even uninstalled and re-installed it.
Dumb app no way to fix your password
Tried logging in using my saved password but app wouldn’t take it. Never changed it or nothing. Now I can’t find a way to change it even if I wanted to. Their website acts just as stupid as you can’t move the screen. Pretty worthless app if you ask me. NCP needs to get a different developer.
