Functional but not leading
They are quick at fixing bugs, and the app does the essentials like lock/unlock, air conditioning etc. but the app is missing several advanced features that you’d expect an EV of this value to have in its app. For example, you can’t see the current temperature inside the car, you can’t open/close the boot, you can’t remotely view the cameras, there’s no way to remotely update the cars software, you can’t beep the horn, there’s no pet/dog mode. As I said, the app has the basic functions but lacks the sophisticated features you’d expect to have with an EV in 2026.

Close windows?
App is good but limited. Any chance of update so I can shut windows remotely?
August ‘26 Update
The latest App update has definitely fixed a few issues which includes Remote Park Assist (which has never worked in the 6 months I’ve had the car), but can we have notifications enabled on iOS for things like open windows and doors etc?
It’s okay when it works
UX is fine, but often there are glitches. Latest one is app not loading at all, stuck showing the loading in animation in a loop.
Keeps me in control of charging
Love being able to set charging for specific times and stop when I know the high tarrif kicks in. Would be good to set the charging percentage other than in steps of 10%. Also seems to randomly make me enter my name and password which can be annoying. Why no facial recognition sign-in?
