Services section not loading!
I find this app incredibly useful, but I believe the App needs a closer eye on when updates from Apple are applied. Recently updated to iOS 26.5.2 - can’t say it’s that for certain but it’s the only recent change I can determine. Can’t check charging or start it. Air con not available for remote activation. I just have “Services” section with nothing below. Paid for the Cupra connect start of July. Can this be sorted please? Feel like it’s a wasted service I’ve bought.

Not that good
Setup app with my brand new cupra Leon, was all good for a few days but now app shows I have done 24k mileage when I have done a total of 900 miles in my new car??? Which in turn is stating I need an oil

Offline?
This app has worked ok for the past few weeks but has been offline for a few days with a “service deactivated” message, so the app is completely useless.
Very average
Not a particularly good car app, and a real faff to load.
Not a patch on my wife’s Mini app.
Could and should do better, can’t see me using it.

Lacking
I used to have a Tesla and this app massively lacks in comparison. The three biggest things missing are :
1. Being able to use your phone as a key.
2. In lieu of the above, being able to start the car through the app.
3. Not having a reading on current temperature in car. With that, you can decide whether you need to turn on the climate remotely or not.
The one thing it has over the Tesla is the remote parking feature, but this flat out doesn’t work.
2 stars giving as it does allow me to see current charge and the remote climate does work, but that’s it.

very good app, alert send straight away when something happens, love the car and the app
Locked down data - lets all move to Polestar
They have locked down API access to force people to pay. This has broken home assistant integration for me. Luckily my lease is up in 7 months and I’m already specking out my polestar. I suggest everyone does the same.
App not working
App has suddenly stopped working on the newest version. Was fine until yesterday now it just has the cupra badge loading and doesn’t do anything. Same as the widget

The app is still broken. I’ve uninstalled it, reinstalled it… several times but it just never opens. Completely dead. iPhone 16 Pro

Super ergonomique mais c’est dommage qu’on ne puisse pas choisir chauffage ou climatisation. Le mode ventilation ne sert pas à grand chose…
Il serait bien de mettre chauffage au maximum ou climatisation au maximum (pendant 10 minutes).

Update Has broken app
The recent update today seems to have broken the app. I only have a Cupra logo line drawing rotation after opening the app…. That never ends, just cycles through the logo time and time again so you can never get into it
Improved
This app is informative and can be useful. Having information about mpg or parking location is helpful. I found the Seat Connect app terribly unreliable so I reserve judgement here. Including it for the first three years of car ownership and not two acknowledges the rough ride customers have had with it and Cupra should be congratulated on this. It’s functionality remains insufficient to warrant paying for it, particularly as it facilitates Seat/Cupra connectivity with its customers. I will update later with more yes.

App won’t open
My car profile disappeared from the car. I’ve tried to sign in the app but the app won’t respond (on iPhone) I’ve deleted the app and tried to download again. All I get is the app drawing the CUPRA logo and nothing else. Any help available?

Lade- und Klimatisierungsmanagement funktioniert sehr gut. Infos über Verbräuche, Ladezustand, usw sind zuverlässig. Es gibt ein Darstellungsproblem in der iPhone-App beim Seitwärts-Scrollen (die iPad-App zeigt alles an).

Übersichtlich und praktikabel
Grundsätzlich gibt es wenig zu meckern. Der Funktionsumfang ist super, nicht überladen. Die Reaktionszeiten sind ebenfalls gut. Allerdings beschwert sich die App jetzt plötzlich über eine fehlende Netzwerkverbindung… kann aber eigentlich nicht sein, da ich Ladezustand und Reichweite sehe, aber z.B. die Laderoutine nicht mehr einstellen kann. Wo ist das Problem?

Charging History.
New to the Cupra Born but the app is pretty good.No issues as yet.I like the charging history that was recently added where you can see how many KW’s are added along with length of charge ect.Think it would be a good idea if you had the option of adding your own home charge rate into it.I can see there’s a total price on each session,obviously it’s at no cost but maybe an idea to give you the option of adding your home charge rate?Bar that it’s all good 👍

Light mode stopped working.
The app used to work great, but following the last update Light mode stopped working. It makes it really difficult to use for more than a couple of minutes if you have eye sight problems.
Hope this is fixed quickly, support for Light/Dark mode is a basic accessibility feature.
