Needs a lot of enhancements
The new update lets you log in with biometrics, which is great. But forcing a login every single time you open the app is unnecessary. It’s also pretty slow for certain things at times and you end up just waiting for it to load. And please add Apple Pay support. It’s 2025… having to type in my card details to make a purchase shouldn’t still be a thing

Tragic Service!
The worst service for to and broadband ever. Terrible customer service. They think they are at the top of it all and do not respect customers when facing problems streaming paid services! Just unsubscribe simples :-)

Needs a lot of work
It’s been improved since I upgraded to a contract but still not nearly good as it should be. It glitches a lot and needs a bug update asap
Login issues
I have tried everything possible in order to log in, yet whenever I input the credentials I get an error message. Also unable to verify my phone on the web UI because the service is unavailable 24/7, yet I am spammed with messages about remaining points.
Does not work
Does not work. repeated tries to login only to be met with the same message that I need to login again. Useless. Maybe hire some app developers?
Serious issues
After the last update, the app has issues. Can not pay via the app as I used to and also is asking me to renew my plan which ends in 13 months!

After several hours of my life I won’t get back, have given up on getting this to work.
Rubbish does not load
When it loads it crashes, and when it works once in a blue moon there is nothing to gain…. The next blue moon will be 2057 I will try again.
Slow app. No points gained

This year Cyta did amazing things in Cyprus! Gave us Fiber Optic internet and introduced 5G on the island. However this app is a major downside, loads of bugs, hard logins every time(why do I even have to log in every time!?) Cyta, you need to fix your app ASAP! It is extremely important to have a well build app come on!
