No Card Access @ Checkout (Moliere)
Rubbish. Unable to use the loyalty card (or other services) because the App routinely fails to open in the Molière store, where there is limited/no phone service and the in-store Wi-Fi is very poor. Even when I open the app before going into the store so that my loyalty card is on screen, the app now introduces a pop up screen when I am in the store indicating there is no internet connection. This pop up message cannot be minimized and blocks access to the app functions including the opened scannable card. I don’t need the app when I am not in the store.

Thank you for your feedback. We're working on improvements to make the app more functional offline and minimize interruptions like the one you're experiencing. In the meantime, you can screenshot your loyalty card beforehand to avoid any issues in-store. If the problem persists, I recommend contacting our customer service.

This app is the worst. Searching for products will always lead to irrelevant results. But then again you often can't even search for anything because the network is not reachable.
I cannot access with a Uk or Spanish number
I’m trying to purchase online and the system only allows cell phones from Belgium Luxembourg, France and Germany
Frustrating app
Frequently disconnects and looses content of basket. Often takes long time to load between screens or when opening basket. Search does not work very well even when you know the exact name of a product. Please improve this technically. Can be very frustrating to use.

I’m a loyal Delhaize shopper... I feel like last I looked the online shopping did not have an English option. Now that it does I’ll never look back.....
