Not working. Keeps crashing
Perhaps this was once useful but it currently keeps crashing, won’t let you add data and is effectively of no use to to this. Please fix. Ty
Disappointed
I had my Hb1 blood test on Monday 3rd and results are still no showing on Saturday 8th. The whole purpose of this app in my opinion is that you get access to your results but for the last tests I have had to phone my consultant to get them. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

new data seems to take too long to appear. Some never actually appear. Versions of graphs are incomplete.

A very handy App
I use the NHS Scotland version. It’s great for finding out my blood test results ( which get added within about 3 days ) and I don’t have to disturb my GP’s practice.
I also use the Ap to log my pinprick tests, weight and home blood pressure measurements, which is beneficial during my review meetings.
The wee courses that can be done online are informative, to the point and worth trying out.
In summary; Very simple to use. Easy to understand and always works for me.

Not worth the effort.
I have recently moved to Scotland, I was used to being able to my results via the NHS app anyway.
I am Type 1 and check my blood glucose several times a day and use a Bluetooth meter that automatically records results to my phone. Having to do this manually with this app is a backwards step.

Great app.
This is a great service and certainly help keep a closer eye on your results. It’s so easy to use and keep a record for clinic visits.
Impossible login
It’s the most important app for my diabetes lifestyle.
I used this app in my old hometown, however this app is flaming useless for my Scot.gov with NHS Shetland! I cannot access this app to work on my most recent changes in my diabetes health!
It’s one app that should be easy to use but it’s still useless from day one of registration!

This app would be extremely useful for everyone, following my experience with the website.
The only issue is you can only use if you live in Somerset or Scotland.
It would be great if the developer could roll this out to more regions at the very least or ideally nationally.

Keeps me motivated
This is a great app even better now since you can add your own readings, this keeps me motivated and conscious of my diet

i downloaded the app as advertised by my diabetes nurse to track how my diabetes is going and the log all my results but because i live in great yarmouth it won’t let me only those who live in scotland and somerset
Useful information all in one place
So good to have up to date readings and history of the condition. Just wish it was fully populated (eye screening missing). I also wish the medical practice would update it with results when received.

Not updating results
I have to login to main web page as app is not updating to newest test results.

Nice app! Info clearly presented, helps me manage my diabetes. Registration can be a bit fiddly, but emailed support and got it working / understand some of this is due to NHS data protection rules
