Inadequate evaluation
I was evaluated for a total of half an hour while playing with sub 3.0 players. I was adjusting my game in order to give them a chance to play. I don’t understand how an advanced player can be fully evaluated under these circumstances.

Made was very professional and gave an accurate and fair assessment. He was very knowledgeable about what to look for and how to rate me as a player. He was fantastic!

This is only useful if you don’t have a DUPR rating! It is interesting to upload play and get the coach's rating.

The whole rating process was a fantastic experience. Our coach made us feel that ease, he made sure we completely understood the expectations.

Brad was Great. Made everyone feel comfortable and he played with us not just watching. He even made us Laugh
when we made dumb mistakes. Like when I forget it was are serve and I was up front. Brad gave me a ball to poach and I smashed it!! He then started laughing and asked who served that one? Made everyone laugh and relax even more.

Buyer Beware!
It took a long time to even be able to upload video and no feedback on game provided. I would not recommend anyone use this product if they want real feedback to improve their game. Canceling this nearly $100 wasted experience.

Zero stars if possible
Don’t waste your $50. I have experienced zero communication from these people. Wish I could get my money back, but of course, support won’t respond to any questions, so why would they respond to refund request.
I uploaded a video per their instruction. Video was accepted. 4 days later, I get a system note video was not accepted. I upload another video. System said successful. Again it’s been 4 days and nothing. No response from support.

Hard to upload video
Only a small video can be uploaded and have to keep screen on otherwise upload failed. After a few minutes uploads only less than a minute video, coach said too short to give feedback. Totally a scam of the app. Not able to use
