PBK
The PBK has an excellent employees, nice facility but the management took away some of the benefits we were promised when we signed up. For example, we could book the court and on Saturday and Sunday, we can come as early as 5 pm and not wait till 8 pm but the management took away those benefits unfairly.
Some of the members are waiting for the weather to improve so they can play outdoor on public courts free and they will give up their membership.
I hope the management would realize that promising benefits when signing up and then taking those benefits away without any notification is not right.

Terrible Score Keeping
Your IT team needs to get their act together. I’ve been in a leagues and every one gets paused countless times during play because your app constantly freezes or stops working. I know a handful of people who have dropped out of leagues because of this. You’re going to cost clubs money and members if you don’t fix this

So much fun!
Great atmosphere, clean facilities, really nice people. This place is well laid out with 13 or 14 courts and fencing in between. Perfect lighting and AC and lite music. Great central location right by Walmart on easy street. No sunscreen, no sun glasses and no hats required. Just meet, greet and play!!
