Bad customer service, generally unfriendly
I once brought seltzers to share with some friends, and the TV screens continually said that we are not allowed to drink alcohol. We weren’t, but it was distracting and made me uncomfortable that it thought we might be.
I’m a volunteer at the Phoenix.org and we rent a couple of tables every week, and I have tried to get in touch with the management about getting a possible discount, and they have been unresponsive.
