Network Timeout
We enjoy our Pongbot. It is 7:40pm July 6th, 2026 on the West Coast of the US. Is Pongbot network down? We can’t access Pongbot for the past hour from multiple devices. There is no notification from Pongbot.
Could be better
The hardware works great, software could be improved. Would like the ability to make folders in custom drills to separate push/serve/fh/bh practice
Mostly good but still room to improve
With half of the price Butterfly product I should not e too picky. It is functioning as expected. One improvement is to allow modifying existing programmed drills (currently only allow basic calibration). Another thing is randomness as many other customers have mentioned. An ideal feature would allow randomness to to placement, speed, angle or even spin (level). But start with place me t randomness would be very valuable to represent realistic drill.

Need more features like the butterfly robot
Wish to have 1) add a random option. once turned on, the ball should have random variations around the predefined spot. It’ll help the player to be more adaptive in real plays 2) in custom combo drills, allow each ball to have its own height. It’ll make it more realistic when played under spin + top spin drills 3) allow more granular step changes
