I have tried multiple times to contact the developers for assistance, but have never received a response of any sort.

Wish when a push notification is opened from my notifications center that it would show the associated image and mark the message as read in my inbox.
Definitely a quirk with the system.
The new Ads could be better placed. Kind of mess up the flow of certain lodge pages. But understand why they are there.

The ads are in place to help cover the costs of maintaining and improving the app, while keeping it completely free for both members and lodges. That said, we’re always evaluating how to make the app more user-friendly, and we’ll take your concerns about ad placement into account for future updates.
