Ui is very bad
The UI is very bad I can’t see a text or such thing because of the dark color so it has to be fix the text should be visible

I love what this app is capable of but It is too bugged to be as good as it can be
-The balance shows many blank tabs that don’t show anything
-The airtime text is out of sight and only shows minutes and seconds, can not see the hour because it is out of page
-Login is buggy and I have to enter my phone number and password manually. It’s very tedious so it’s better if you set up autofill or biometric login,
I will gladly give 5 stars if these issues can be fixed

1 Star Because Zero Isn’t an Option
This app was decent at launch, but now? A dumpster fire. The password reset is broken (security questions are locked), the UI is a joke (who makes text the SAME COLOR as the background?), and warning pop-ups are invisible, all you see is an 'Ok' button floating in the void.
I’m giving you one star only because it’s the lowest rating allowed. Developers, if you’re this determined to sabotage your own app, just delete it. Otherwise, FIX THIS MESS.

The worst internet ever I recommend using safaricom way better than this telecom

After Updating it was supposed to improve but on the contrary, it always asks to re-sign eventhough u selected remeber me. Totally ridiculous app from etc.

The latest update says bug fixes but it still asks to confirm an update after updating ceaselessly. Overall its a good app thesedays. Ironic this app is still asking for an update after updating over & over again.
Cannot update app (also poor customer service)
I have version 1.4.47 of the iPhone app and it is impossible to update it to the most recent version in the App Store.
Also, Ethio tel customer service is horrible. When I call or message the customer service number, it only says the agents are busy and to try again later. I have been charged invalid fees and have not been able to speak to a representative to resolve this.

Ethio Telecom is one of the biggest telecom companies in sub saharan Africa and yet, this app is the worst. Why can’t you keep up with iOS updates. This app stopped working even before I got iOS 16. Please live upto your name. I have a postpaid number and it’s been a year since I was able to login last.
