Data Backup Export all your data to a JSON file and share it anywhere. Import a backup at any time — choose to replace everything or merge with what you already have. Find both in Settings → Data. Peptide Stack Improvements Stack logging now lets you enter how many units (or mL) you drew. The app automatically calculates and records the actual mcg of each peptide based on the amount you logged — not just the fixed stack definition. Set the full-dose reference volume per stack in the stack editor, and the preview updates live as you adjust the amount. Peptide Dose History Tap any entry in a peptide's dose history to edit the date, amount, or notes. Useful for logging doses you forgot to record. You can also log for a past date when creating a new entry by picking the date before saving. Volume Units Stack volumes can be displayed and entered in units (default) or millilitres. Switch between them in Settings → Peptides. 1 unit = 0.01 mL, matching standard insulin syringe markings. Smarter Defaults Log sheets now remember your last used value. When you open a peptide dose sheet or a stack log sheet, it starts from where you left off instead of resetting to zero. Bug Fixes - Fixed an issue where iCloud sync could create duplicate exercises and peptides after restoring a device or signing into a new one
