Excellent Customer Service
I have used this app for years and have found it very accommodating. I found myself at a loss for my password and received help from Joe, who guided me through the process of the synchronization portion of the app and retrieved all of my data. Very happy with this company.
Safe keeping
Love this app, I been using it for years, it’s keep my information safe with no hackers trying to steal my information. Also it helps me to remember my passwords. 😁
Bad update
Can’t update on my computer so I’m going to find a new site 😢
Umm
So just these last few days I went into the app and now everything is in Spanish. I can’t revert it back. I went into iPhone settings and the language chosen is English. I have deleted and reinstalled. I have logged out and back in. I have offloaded the app and to no avail. Is anyone else experiencing this? If this is on the developers side can yall please fix this issue.

Have had this for years during my years owning a business with 100s of PWs… now just enjoying year after year personally with great updates
Data collected and stored in Amazon’s servers!
The advertisement of data not being collected is misleading. This app collects and synchs all of the data into amazon’s data centers. Amazon is infamous for stealing and selling peoples data and if you are going to collect user data and store it in amazons servers, at least don’t advertise it as “data not collected”

Passwords Lost
Lost all passwords due to I forgot my password to login. No support provided

Works well. I appreciate all the different categories.
Greedy app
They charged me to be able to add more and now to add more they want a recurring subscription. Not worth it since you can lock your free notes app on the iPhone.
Swear word
I have had this app for years with no problems. Last week they updated it and it went to a new system. Completely wiped out years of saved passwords. Customer service has yet to reply. Garbage stay away if your smart

Sent bug issue and the president of the software company let me know that an update will be pushed. Appreciate the feedback
Server error 200 iPhone app
Also on iMac. Edit changed my rating with quick response from support on fix. Only 4 stars as price keeps rising.

I continue to get this error on my iPhone and cannot seem to get a response or a fix.
Not Happy
Been with them years now leaving as I cannot access my data after having my phone reset. Have sent them three urgent emails with no response cannot access my data anymore on my iPhone. Customer service was good not any more.
Lost all my password
Had the old app that I paid for and then they did a update that they did not have my old info on. I accidentally deleted the app and now don’t have any information. For a password app this is unacceptable and don’t use this app.

Why don’t you give option to renew for three years charges instead of one year.
No good
Clunky and not reliable. None of the MEO apps are reliable and sadly I wouldn’t trust this app with my passwords.
Sync
Not all my data gets sync’d to all my devices. A lot of errors and lost data
Unstable!
I’ve been using MEO for years now. At first I was reluctant to pay the annual subscription but realizing year after year how safe and easy it was to use.
However recently, I’ve noticed that the app has become increasingly more glitchy and unreliable. It tends to shut itself off during a search and sometimes won’t open at all. I’ve tried reinstalling the app but tends to be a temporary fix, or, not a fix at all.
I’ve stored a great deal of data in the app and really trying not to go through the process of painstakingly moving my information elsewhere. In some cases for the logins that I use frequently, I’ve transitioned to the Apple “strong password” feature and abandoned MEO.
For what I’m paying annually for the app, my expectations for quality and reliability have also grown in concert with your price increases over time.
Once again, I’ll continue to use the app through out the year and evaluate the performance. I’ve not had the time to explore other options and transfer my information. If I continue to experience the instability and glitchy performance, I’ll begin the process before I renew.

Data lost. Should not happen
When I recently opened the app, at least half my data was GONE. I logged out and back in only to find my data was still missing. Tried to contact the company but they never responded. This is a terrible situation for me and I warn anyone using this app.
