Needs updating. Keeps crashing
I’ve had this app for several years and it used to work flawlessly. Current version 5.4 is 2 years old and crashes as soon as you go into a library. Please update.

My photos are locked into the app and I have to pay for the subscription to get them out. I bought an IAP two years ago and now I have to pay again to get my pictures. Looks like I’m not alone and others have the same problem. This is stupid. Buyer beware!

Finally found another app that uses real encryption in the App Store. This one hardly ever gets updated and is slow and buggy, so I’m moving on. Don’t waste your money. Old and fake reviews too.

Great concept, poor execution
App stopped allowing me to add photos and I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling with no luck. Each update- which are few and far apart seems never to fix anything

the password doesn’t work anymore and now everything is encrypted forever even though it’s correct password it says wrong
Worked for a while then corrupted my photos
Upgraded to the paid version and lost all the photos.

Thank you for the update, and the fixes. Definitely back to the #1 app to encrypt/decrypt images safely. Real encryption and not just hiding like MOST applications. Great for passports , driver licenses and other important images, such as family photos stored on device. 5 stars!

I love this app and have been using it for years but now it won’t open on Iphone15. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE update the app or tell me how I can get my photos out! Those are my most treasured memories 🥺🥺

I really wanted to like this app and it has great potential if fixed
I purchased a year subscription, and so far I regret it. I’m happy to change my review to positive one if the following negatives are fixed-
-Can only upload 6 photos at a time
-I frequently get a blacked out screen bug when browsing photos one at a time
-No option for a pin passcode
-The longest locked delay (password timer) option is 5 minutes. I’d want an hour delay.

I have some questions about this app
When I go to the website it says it no longer exists so is there no one I can email my questions to?
Won’t open in iOS 16!
I’ve used this app for a couple of years and it’s been excellent. I updated iOS to version 16 and that’s it. It crashes and will no longer open.

There are photo vault which can support webm just cost $3 or $4 only needs one time purchase, this app charges subscription fee $2 monthly $10 after you move some photo to it, if your original photo is deleted you have to pay $2 to get it back, I call this ill intended.

Have updated this app in line with the new releases. Paid a subscription but can no longer access files, support unresponsive & unhelpful - waste of money! Avoid!

Developer does fix bugs pretty quickly when they occur, which is often with the IAP subscription.

Great app right up to the latest upgrade. Stopped working the second the update loaded. I hope they fix this immediately. Until then I recommend holding off any purchase. Added 8 NOV 2016 Stopped working with 10.1.1. Fix this immediately.

i saved my images there and after maybe 2 weeks the images kept loading and wouldn’t respond
