The app will not submit requests and just spins.

The app works great!
Reported a water leak and was able to submit an image.
Staff was very responsive in fixing the issue. Nice to now have a tool to report issues.

Deeply Flawed
Does not allow app to upload photos (just gives error messages). Does not submit even without photos, just gets stuck and freezes.
No updates available that might fix the bugs.

Cannot upload photos
For some reason the app cannot upload photos or videos, which are such an integral part of the process. I’m giving it one more try, after deleting it, to see if it works better. If not, goodbye!
Issues: Try This
I got in contact with a communications manager employed by Fairfield. Instructions provided and that were successful:
“For iOS users, log out of the app and log back in. If this feature is not accessible, uninstall and reinstall the app from the App Store.”

Please fix this app
It would be nice if this app worked like it used to. Now I can never post anything. Let’s make are city better. Please please fix
Deleting!! So useless
No matter what you try to submit it just freezes. I uninstalled and reinstalled still freezes. Complete crap… much like this city. If you don’t live in the richer area they don’t care about you

The app does not work, and obviously the developers don’t care.
Don’t waste your time using this. Like everything in Fairfield, useless, doesn’t work.

Locks up completely when uploading a photo

App Crashes
I love the app, but there are some major problems with the app. I tried to input a grafitti removal request in. When trying to input my phone number (which is required), the app instantly crashes. I tried many times unsuccessfully.
4-29-2019: Update, the still crashes after over a year since I posted this feedback. Once again, I tried in putting an abandoned vehicle in our neighborhood and one in putting my phone number and (required field) the app crashes. Isn’t anybody watching their feedback in the city of Fairfield?
