It’s hangs at the register page and doesn’t move forward.

I was advised by my service center to download it and check my service history. I opened the app and inputted my registered mobile number and it did not open until I left.
I tried opening it again. It is just stuck on loading.
Maybe promote an app in your service center that actually works?
