I can't log in. I have a registration and a new password, but it won't let me scroll down and agree with the terms and conditions. I tried several times, deleted the app and installed it again and nothing works.

Great job designing the app, it works well and is very intuitive
Generally good and easy
The app is generally good and easy with few confusing things such as not able to see the transactions even when you tap the dates you want , only the money out not the money in. If you have two cards it’s sort of total you have and could not see the transactions . Needs to be more easy and clear .
Otherwise it’s easy to use and pay contactless.
For Bulgarina online banking it’s the best one bearing in mind that the rest are hopeless.

Alright banking app
It’s alright, but for the love of God, fix the push notifications glitch where they don’t show up!
I have to reinstall the app every 3 months and set up everything from scratch yet again.

NOTIFICATIONS GLITCH
The Notifications 🔔 constantly shows the same number of unread notifications (when there are none)! It's a bug that's always been like that. It doesn't matter how many notifications you have or don't have. It just freezes on a completely random number! It's incredibly annoying, because every time you log in to the app, it makes you think that you have unseen notifications & when you go to check - there's nothing new!

The worst mobile banking app ever
The app is built in a very user UNFRIENDLY way, which makes it impossible to navigate. There isn’t a single simple way to see all the past transactions…WORST APP EVER!
Notification to pay online unavailable
Everytime I want to pay online the notification doesn’t show, I have updated the app, latest IOS, the notification is active in my phone, I Ve been using this app for more than two years from now. I don’t know what’s wrong!

Изключително НЕ професионално оформление на апликацията. Липса на опит при създаването на бутони и условия за лесно и бързо навигиране и за запазване на контакти / депозити / сметки и боравене с едно докосване достъп до цялостното меню. Сложен интерфейс.Изключително не удобно приложение за клиента.

Обновили приложение теперь не могу им пользоваться так как не могу обновить ее версию из за того что не подходит система ios
New update is for IOS 16 only
I’m using an IPhone 7 with the latest software update for it 15.8.3. Now I am unable to update the MyFibank app because of an old current IOS version. Is this mean that I have to buy a new device or to stop using Fibank services instead?
