Pls rectify this problem

Keep getting logged out from the app and once logged in, it crashes. So hard to keep track of my child’s school updates due to this app. Kindly fix this problem.

The app clashed immediately once launch on iPhone 8 with iOS 16. Delete and reinstalled. Both method fail. Unable to use it. Hope you can faster fix it.
