Pls rectify this problem
Keep getting logged out from the app and once logged in, it crashes. So hard to keep track of my child’s school updates due to this app. Kindly fix this problem.

Have been updating and re-downloading app over the course of 2 years but still unable to use. Crashes as soon as i open it.

This app is flawed. It’s inappropriate to display the full NRIC No. on the profile page, anyone can misuse it easily.
Why reflect the app in just 2 official languages?
It would fairer to have all 4 official languages reflected instead of just English and Chinese . Or stick to just the use of the English in the app.
