The delivery was supposed to happen yesterday. Today I texted to the support team - nothing happened. They said they will contact the flower shop tomorrow. (3 days delay) but my friend is leaving the city tomorrow and the whole purpose of having a surprise for her kinda been ruined by this company.

They promised to get back to me asap to fix the issue. But 15 hours after I texted they ignored my request and don’t fix anything

Агрегатор возможно хороший, но подрядчики отвратительные.
Заказ доставят. НО - доставить на несколько дней позже это нормально, при этом полный игнор от поддержки.

Ужасный сервис

Заказывали цветы с утра, вечером нам просто без уведомления отменили заказ. Испортили настроение и праздник. Не советую там никогда заказывать. Лучше flow вау
