Не смогла подключить Инстаграм и войти в приложение. Не работает уже на входе

Даже зайти в это приложение невозможно. Как оценивать его функционал? Вводишь данные от IG: “введите код который мы отправили». Кода этого можно всю жизнь ждать, он никогда не придет. Что прикажете делать?

Скачала приложение. Несколько раз ввожу правильно логин/номер телефона/ электронную почту и пароль и в итоге ничего не происходит. Непонятно куда и к кому обращаться за помощью. Уже 14 февраля подписка станет платной 1350 руб. А оно мне надо, если ничего не работает?
