Payments not being processed
We’ve tried to use the app to make payment 3 times recently - none of the transactions have been processed so it appears the most recent bug fix hasn’t worked. There is no indication at the time of submitting payment details that the transaction hasn’t worked, which isn’t ideal when you’re busy.
Not proper software. Bit of an amateur hack.
Probably the worst attempt at a software app ever. Needs a URN and password. What? No option to register as a new user. Hahahahahahaha. 50mb download, promptly deleted.
Unreliable
Very poor quality app! Rarely able to access it! Constantly circling the drain waiting for uploads

Basic and needs an update
Serves the basic purpose of making a payment. Is incredibly frustrating that it taunts you with ‘Your Properties’ but you can’t actually add your other properties. This makes the app painful to use as you need to log in and out of different accounts continuously.
Pointless App
Tried to access app to review account/payments due and it is crashing and not able to open at all. Looking at previous feedback this was called out on 27th July and still not sorted. Disappointing!!
Better than expected
It’s actually a good app, however it’s an iOS app and you can’t download the statements to your files which renders the point of a download useless. The UI could do with a bit of a refresh, but it seems a solid enough app.
Crashes every time
I’ve only had this app for a week and it worked once. It now crashes every time I try to open it. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling and still crashes. Urgent update required.
Won’t open
As per other reviews, used to work great but now crashes every time you try to open it. Urgent fix needed.
What’s happened? Now useless.
Did work fine in the past but now crashes immediately when trying to open, every time (iOS. XR). That’s particularly frustrating when it shows that I have a new message but I can’t open the app to see the message. Been like this for several weeks now. Urgent update needed.

Face Recognition
Very good app but it would be so much easier if it supported face recognition so that I didn’t have to login each time on my iPhoneXS
New app
Certainly a bit better, however would like details saved to make payment easier and an update on orders or enquires on the property.
No Apple Pay
What is the point of this if I can’t use ApplePay? I still had to waste time entering my card details. I might as well just have used the website.
Poor effort
About as good as any other interaction with Hacking and Paterson - bad!
