This app is a sham. Coupons and savings from the app will not work in the stores and when you show the cashier the deal and discount you should be receiving she will call Wanda over to look at it, verify it, then Wanda will respond with— we’re not directly connected with the app, it’s a 3rd party, so you will have to call corporate and maybe they can help you. Shop somewhere else.

I never get rewards and the coupons don’t work
exactly as the title says. when i input my phone number for rewards, it never gives me anything. when i had the cashier scan the code for coupons it also didn’t work. why do i even have this app?
Difficult to do simple login or change password.
This app won’t let me change password or even complete registration! I use as guest so I’m not accessible to all users to features. Frustrating!!

Kicked me out and won’t let me in with either of my emails but I can’t register bc my # is already registered. ANNOYING

Pay attention and ask questions before downloading. Pretty much a waste of time and space on your phone.
Needs improvement
Coupon items selected are not automatically added to your list. Those have to be individually added. Then, it’s hit and miss on whether the items purchased will pick up on “clipped coupons”. I’ve also been told by cust service that the membership barcode and coupon barcode have to be scanned separately; coupons at the beginning of the transaction, membership at the end. Which doesn’t make sense given that clipped coupons are supposed to be added to the wallet. Still, “savings” will not always be applied. Other features of the app need to be more user friendly and streamlined.

I was completely disgusted with this app after using it a while when it first came out so I deleted it. I decided to give it a try. It’s pretty much the same. Rewards expire in 60 days - IF you even get them. On a shopping trip this weekend I bought three things that were supposed to get rewards on and only one showed up. I love the store but they can do better on this.

A really good app, the coupons you can get at really good. You can get up to 10$ off on your purchase for free definitely use
More trouble than it’s worth
The app would not stop running when I first downloaded it. It continually ran in the background instead of shutting down like I wanted it to. I never give anyone permission to follow me at all times. This app tried to do that. Now I came back to update the app and see if they had improved it, and it will not let me sign in because my phone number is existing, but my email address is not recognized! Just too much trouble to try to utilize their app for discounts.

Useless App
Harp’s Grocers needs to get a new app for their stores. This one is useless. This app appears to have stopped logging any of my digital savings after using it for 2 months, Jan and Feb 2024. My savings with this app has probably been less than $10 in 6 months. I saved a little over $1,000 last year shopping Kroger and using their app for coupons and in store savings. A new Harp’s opened up less than 2 miles from me, but I’ll continue to do my main shopping at Kroger 8 miles away. I enjoy Harp’s grocery, but you’re prices are too high without the option of digital coupons and your selection is much more limited than our local Kroger.

Unusable
I shop at Harps a lot. I’ve tried to use the app but can not find anything on it! I really wish they would revamp it and make it more user friendly. Show me what aisle the green beans are on, show me sales etc.
Not worth it
I thought that this was really going to be good, but after reading the reviews from other people I can see why the reviews are bad.
When I first started using this all was good but the second time my savings were not added.
So I just deleted it. It’s not worth my time and money. The store is really close to my house, but the prices are really high. I can get it cheaper elsewhere so I’ll just drive further to get the items that I need and not use this store.

Where is the weekly ad? This app replaced my old grocery store app and now it doesn’t have a weekly ad.
