Loading issue every single time

Never can get on this app it always says there is a loading issue and I’ve paid for it and can’t even see my information can’t contact the company I’m upset

Never works

My horoscope is ready every morning but a loading issue always occurs. I’ve given it months but same issue. Deleting, but when it did work it was very on point. Nuit, another Astro app, has the same horoscopes though.

Waste of money - App doesn’t work at all

Buyer beware! I purchased a 12mth subscription but every time I open the app it says I need to subscribe and it won’t let me restore my purchase. I was also unable to contact support through the app’s submission form. Total scam and a waste of money.

Real or fake

I usually don’t do reviews but this app can come off a bit misleading. I’m reading an Aquarius horoscope but their referring to another sign. I’m unsure if it’s a copy and paste now at this point. It’s happened on many occasions. I’m getting unauthentic horoscope vibes from this app. 🥴

Poor customer service

I first want to say that I love this app. I have the yearly subscription and check the app daily. About a month ago the app started to have issues (not loading) so I deleted the app and reinstalled it. That solved the loading problem, however I can’t seem to get the app to restore my subscription so I can’t access the whole app. The restore purchase hyperlink doesn’t seem to link to anything. I’ve clicked on the live chat button and got no response. I’ve emailed and have yet to get any reply. Help!

Very truthful, honest, and great app!

Out all the ones I’ve used this one was has been my favorite. I pay the monthly fee and I have no problem with doing so because I know they’ll give me exactly what I need to hear on my horoscope. Even saves me sometimes. Absolutely have been having a great experience. Would recommend! 😊

Stuck on loading screen

After finishing the sign up process the app gets stuck on the loading screen. I’ve tried waiting for the screen to finally change, closing the app and reopening it, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling but I still get stuck on the loading screen.

Forced purchases?

Sorry it seems like every single thing must be purchased . There should be at least one free little event maybe , at least once a day or once in every few days! The way other astrology apps and their developers handle it ^^ . Nice design but can’t go much further than that.

What gives

I was using this app for a month or so just for my horoscope. I was loving it. Now after an update I get on it and I now have to pay $10 a month just to use it for what I was previously. That’s a rip off. I don’t want the extra stuff just plain horoscope. Tried to talk to someone in the chat on the app and no one ever replied!

when you enter your info it won’t even show you anything. everything about the app is part of the premium. $10 for an astrology app you can’t even try out? only a 7-day trial??? a lot of these apps are very general with the same format and wishy washy horoscopes. just another stingy astrology app capitalizing off of how trendy it became recently. keep looking.

Subscribe or nothing

You have to subscribe to receive any information. The catch is you don’t know this until after you’ve already put your personal information into the app. I think it’s unfair.
I have no clue how app has 4.7 stars.

Great customer service!

I downloaded the app about a month ago when I started to be intrigued by astrology. The apps format is laid out very well and the app is very easy to navigate! One day I had trouble accessing the app and I reached out to the customer service button and was immediately impressed how they answered my questions! Boris was very kind to me and will definitely will be looking into the yearly subscription!
