Front Desk operation includes Reservations, Check-in, Check-out, Charge postings, Night Audit. Housekeeping includes Hotel and Guest Laundry, Minibar, Complain Management. Material Management included PO Creation & Authorisation, Item Receipt & Issue. Account Payable includes Bill Authorisation.
This app also includes all operations of Restaurants if it is in a hotel. i.e. Billing, Contactless QR code ordering Menu, KDS, ODM, Steward, Table booking, online food ordering
