Useless app. Can't even register. Bought my son this car a month and a half ago, but couldn't register as the sisteem neither picked up my ID number nor my cell phone number. Thinking it took some time for Hyundai to register my personal details, I waited a couple of weeks. I eventually deleted the app as it didn't recognise any of my information I used to purchase the vehicle.
Imagine my surprise when I had a call earlier today from the Hyundai call centre to confirm my details. They noticed I tried using the app, but couldn't register. I was assured by the consultant that the app would work immediately. I downloaded the app once again and surprise, surprise... it still doesn't recognise my details. I had a horrible experience with Hyundai while purchasing this vehicle and it seems the poor service just continues. A real shame as the car isn't bad, but service levels are just shameful. Don't bother to download. Also don't bother to buy a Hyundai if you expect service. You will be disappointed!

Pretty weak guys. Cannot login, stuck on the reset password step. Can login after changing my password and takes me to the reset password screen every time...
