Very Basic
Unusable at times, if you are not connected to the internet you can’t use this app, just like the parking apps in the UK Why do you need internet access to start a removal time. Fix it, internet access is not required.
Terrible App
You’d think for all the money customers are paying for treatment, the least they could do is invest in an app system that works.

Notifications broken
App no longer gives you a notification when it’s time to change to the next tray so it’s basically useless.
Sheet update!
Updated the app and they completely removed the feature for me to see the dates and details of my previous aligners (so now I don’t have the full picture). They also reset and messed up with my schedule, so took me a while to work out the dates backwards and reset it!
No support option - App is trash since updated
Don’t both with the support option for the app. It just take you to the Invisalign website where there’s no app help. This app was borderline okay but since the update the timer no longer works. I cannot track wear time anymore because it often either does not stop or does not log any time. For example, I put it on for half an hour, didn’t get the times up notification and when I went to stop it, it had only logged 37 seconds. Basically as soon as you leave the app the timer stops or when you stop it and leave the app, it carries on timing. Sort it out or give us a support option please!

Notification failures
This app has one simple job to do: then you when to change your Invisalign. Still fails at it, who knows why. I hadn’t opened it for a while, had the nagging feeling that I should have changed mine a few days earlier, opened the app, authenticated and… voila! 3 days late. What a disaster
Seit neuem Update keine Tragedauer mehr änderbar.
Seit dem neusten Update kann man die tragedauer von den jeweiligen Intervallen nicht mehr ändern, dadurch wird es schwierig einen Überblick zu behalten falls man die Spange mal länger tragen muss. Man kann vergangene Spangen und zukünftige auswählen und die Tragedauer ändern, diese springt abrer Wieder zurück auf „14 Tage“ die aktuellste Woche kann man nicht mal anwählen. Schade eigentlich da ich die App bisher als super gut empfand und der Fehler seit einer Weile niemandem auffällt.

App full of glitches
Can’t reset password, no code sent to my email, and when I try to submit a support request, I can’t click on “Submit”!
Smile simulator is awful!!
Just spent so long trying to get the ULTRA sensitive smile simulator to take a selfie that my face actually hurt!! It simply isn’t fit for purpose. Deleted!
Not interested in updates
Not only am I not interested in having to take photos of my teeth every other week but I’m not interested in new updated versions either. Invisalign is expensive and it still requires the skill of an orthodontist. I’d prefer to go to the orthodontist to be checked rather than having to do this but then I’m not a fan of outsourcing anything to apps and technology so probably a bit anti app to begin with.

No Response to ‘contact us’
The QR code does not work on 3 different iPhones, it has proved impossible to log into the app and the ‘contact us’ button generates neither an email nor a text message. The worst app ever.
No support within the app, tickets are never responded to
The support is non responsive, it’s been a month
Clunky registration. Abandoned
Gave up registration after countless errors. The opposite of a smooth onboarding UX

Useless App
Completely pointless App - the Virtual Care option my Orthodontist wants me to use is missing from the app and customer service is totally useless. Been sending support tickets for months with nothing but stock responses asking for the same screenshot again and again.

My app has stopped working since this update.

Zero value
Apart from being a calander not sure of the value of this app. I’d like to see my plan and what the end result might look like, understand what each weekly tray does etc, but now it’s just a glorified calander

Von der Idee her gut, aber leider ist die App nicht immer zuverlässig. Sie stürzt immer wieder mal ab und lässt sich dann nicht mehr bedienen.

I thought this app would show your renders which you saw when you had your clin check but it doesn’t have anything.
The only thing on the app is “tips”, gallery to upload progress pictures and a option to set a tray change reminder-
