Very slow/laggy
The app was fine until the most recent update. Now it’s taking a really long time to just do anything on it. I can’t even set a timer because of how laggy the app is.
I’ve also been logged out of the app randomly and I cant even log back in because of how slow everything is.
Please fix this asap.

the app doesn’t work
It says it “ is having problems connecting to the server” so I have never been able to login. It doesn’t let you go past the login stage.
Buggy App That Ruined My Treatment Tracking
The app is full of bugs and is very unreliable. Because of its glitches, I lost my Invisalign treatment tracking and progress history. For an app that’s supposed to help patients stay on schedule with their aligners, this is unacceptable. It needs major improvements in stability, data reliability, and quality control. Very disappointing.
