My IPHCA

Established in 1982, the Illinois Primary Health Care Association (IPHCA) is a nonprofit trade association of community health centers (CHCs) that proudly serves as Illinois' sole primary care association. IPHCA represents all Illinois CHCs that operate more than 400 sites. The IPHCA app helps community members stay connected, informed, and engaged. It provides access to community resources, event information, and communication tools in one place.
