Bugs need fixing

I have been trying to enter symptoms and keen getting alert when press ave that there is an error and symptom doesn’t save. Really thought this would help me to document my journey but is a waste of time downloading

Doesn’t really work

This app would be so helpful as I’ve just started my treatment but I can’t save any of my symptoms on the tracker. Som good articles to watch but that’s about it

Why!!??

Why go to the trouble of developing an app with so much potential to make a difference to people in distress and not fix bugs, listen to feedback and make improvements.
For most people diagnosed with breast cancer they are looking for coping mechanisms and this has the potential to be an excellent one. Instead it just creates a stressful element to an already stressful time. I created the account on the website and it seems to have transferred seamlessly and allowed log in etc so that was a good start for me. Looks like others have had much worse experiences. My gripe is the photographs. It is very clunky in allowing upload of photographs. Often doesn’t work at all and then when you repeat the process thinking it didn’t work… It doubled up, trebled up etc and there is no option to delete.

App crashes constantly

I was keen to track my symptoms but the app crashes at the symptoms tracker and doesn’t work.

Looks like a long known issue which has never been resolved

Such a pity - otherwise a great resource for medical teams

Good idea that misses the mark

The idea behind this app is great. The reality is terrible. It crashes constantly tracker doesn’t work properly. Hard to use and navigate
Terrible app

App error

App does not work… keep saying error when trying to sign up

Do better

Recently diagnosed with ILC. Was told about this app and thought it would be beneficial for me. It’s not. I can’t even complete the login stage, it says it’s unable to complete. Such a worthwhile app for breast cancer patients if only it functioned! Very discouraging.

Disappointed

I was recommended this app by my breast surgeon.
I registered. EVERY time I’ve tried logging in it takes me to the home page, then after a couple of seconds, it returns to the log in page. This app is a great idea for people (like me) that have recently been diagnosed with breast cancer and are trying to find more factual information. But, this app severely lacks execution. Just adds another stress to an already stressful situation.

Cannot even log on

Every time I try to log on I am told service unavailable. This is a stressful time and I just want to be able to access information and instead I have spent hours loading and reloading the app, trying to log on. Has been so far a complete waste of time and added to my stress

Not working

I am registered. When I log in to the app, it opens, then after a few seconds or when clicking on an option, it takes me back to the log in page. The webpage version is not user friendly either. Seems to be designed for phone use.

App refuses to validate registration

Tried multiple times to register email / mobile to get started. No go. Useless.

Not maintained? Buggy on iphone

Is this app still maintained, or not? I’ve given up I think. The symptom tracker won’t save — has an error message. The Notes don’t save reliably either. Very disappointed. I don’t really want to have to get my laptop out to use the website on chrome (or do same on phone and squint). Rather have a handy phone app that’s reliable.

Can’t save notes or symptoms

Love the idea to be able to track symptoms and write notes but neither are saving.

It’s ok

Has some very useful material but what lets it down is the unreliability of the app. Can log in and all the details I’ve loaded is there and next time it’s all disappeared, only to return at other times.

Lots if info (but none on my cancer, apparently)

This site is not easy to navigate. I had trouble registering, and trouble registering for the forum. I got lost many times, and I still can’t get into the forum. My cancer is reputedly one in a hundred, but I can find nothing on it. So much for the warning about Dr Google: what else is there?

Has the potential

I started using the My Journey app a couple of days ago as I’ve just started my breast cancer journey. I was particularly interested in using the symptom tracker element as I feel this would be handy to have for future appointments with my specialist. Unfortunately it appears too overwhelmed by the number of symptoms I’ve logged. The app crashes and then only reloads to the Symptom Tracker page and won’t budge. If you could sort this out the bonus info and other features of this app would make this app indispensable!
