Great app. Ads suck because there’s no x to close them. Have to close the whole app.

Using this app will subject you to unwanted adds that are also scams. Find another solution.
Works well but too many ads
Stops for ads. Sometimes I just give up and use a free lightning tracker map that it web based. Thinking of removing it every time it takes too long to use. The ads block the whole screen and make it useless.

Tracking while not using
I selected for this app to track only while using. I had the app closed and received a notification that there was lightening nearby. It means it’s tracking my location while the app is closed. I checked my settings to verify my selection. Deleting.
Not accurate for what is in front of you
Just had a lightning strike and saw lightning and the app still says 21 miles away
Overly sensitive and therefore pretty useless.
App shows all electrical activity, including cloud to cloud. Storm comes in and the app will show literally THOUSANDS of strikes, yet only a few actually hit the ground. So useless if you want to track actual ground strikes. Have found much better sites online that show only ground hits, plus the shockwave emanating from the hits.

I’ve tried a few of these type apps and this is the only one left on my phone. It just works, and without distractions.

When I click on a notification the app opens up minimized. And there is no idea of where the last lightning strike was.
