Awful
Nonsense stories not covering the majority of london, mostly just croydon and now have story limits and expect you to pay for these poor filler pieces. Just gonna delete it
Notification error
When I get notifications it takes me to safari instead of app & I get an oops page, this has happened on every notification I click on
Poorly developed app
The app is poorly developed, some articles with research questions cannot be fully displayed, you can’t scroll down or up, the app quite often skip parts of the articles and jump down. The overall user interface is very annoying and doesn’t make you want to stay to read the articles because each page of the article is literally temperamental.

They truly try to hide the amount of knife crimes that go on in Croydon it’s so hard when they don’t report it and i walk down a street with it closed

If you like reading negative stuff and bad news full of Murders, stabbings and crime and any other kind of bad news MY LONDON is for you. 2 star rating. Uninstalled this trash.

Don’t bother, subscription required
This used to be the best news app, my family and I have used it for years. However the new “15 articles per week” limit has ruined it. I reckon many readers will be lost because of this, because who wants to be paying £20 a year to read something I can read for free on another news app?
Deleting soon, asking for subscription
What is with the new update? I can no longer read news and will have to pay into a subscription to see full article?
If their articles were professional and not written by primary school level authors; I may have considered.
Spelling mistakes, biased news for certain emergency services just to have a catchy heading. I am actually tired of seeing biased news.
They always get their date of news wrong. The same news will be all over another platform, a day later Mylondon will report it as it happened just now.
It is always with limited or repeated information to make the news article look longer and full in detail. However in reality, the whole page could be fitted into a small paragraph without repeating it all over again. Each news finish with “contacted …… for more information”. But never seem to hear back from whomever they contact because there will be no updates on the actual news.
This last subscription option is my sign to delete the app. Goodbye MyLondon, I would be surprised if anyone actually pays into this.

Annoyed that you now get a paragraph or two of an article and now we must subscribe???? Outrageous! Larger named news broadcaster do not do this to my knowledge and local news like this has the temerity to charge us for us to read about the latest crime or upcoming festival in our borough???? RUDE!
Comments don’t work
Although the app is marginally better than the appalling website, the comments don’t work on it. Although, given how right wing some of the comments are that’s probably not a bad thing

Good but too many advertising
The app and articles are good but the advertising is exaggerated, while I’m reading a story, the page keeps moving because of advertising . I can’t even read properly because of that . It’s really annoying. This is why I’m not reading anymore as before. I can understand advertising but this is extreme.

Interesting App
This app is very useful and gives good and accurate information of the latest breaking news stories and any disruption on the public transport system, which happens several times each day.
What a load off rubbish
Just a re hash from other news stories, so often it shows no comments and there are actually loads, I’m guessing that the app is funded by the Mayor of London as it only shows TFL and the mayor in a positive light. Time this propaganda app.
