Having some trouble

Worked up until now. Telling me I need to update the app and there is no update. Whats going on with that?

Says to update the app, but the update isn’t available, can’t check balance.. need fixing ASAP

Bug

It says I have to update it when it already is and I even tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and it doesn’t work. I had no way of checking how much I have left. It’s not letting me in my account.

The worst

So many issues with this app is now telling me to update the app and I can’t update it when I go to the App Store because there hasn’t been an update loaded for a year and now I need to add money to my daughters account but can’t get on the stupid thing so I’ll have to send it to my wife so she could download a whole new thing and put on her phone! This is ridiculous

I am attempting to add money to my child’s lunch account. I keep getting the message that I need to update the app, but when I go to the App Store, it only gives me the option to open it. I have attempted to add the app to a separate device and get the same message. I cannot get the support function to work either. It’s very frustrating.
