App not functioning
I am attempting to add money to my child’s lunch account. I keep getting the message that I need to update the app, but when I go to the App Store, it only gives me the option to open it. I have attempted to add the app to a separate device and get the same message. I cannot get the support function to work either. It’s very frustrating.

App no longer works
App was great for me to add and check my students meal money accounts. I am no longer able to sign it. It keeps promoting a pop up to update my app. I have gone into the App Store for update, there is non. I finally uninstalled and reinstalled and still has same prompt. Will not allow for any log in or reset.

I’m trying to log in to check my balance but keeps saying to download latest version but there is no update….HELP!!
Update but already updated
Today the app asked for an update. But my app has already been updated to version 3.55.04. Now I'm having trouble paying my MyMealTime account. What's the problem?
Not user friendly
Cannot update to newer version. App says to update, App Store has no new version. Not convenient.
Stopped working
As of Oct 2025 the app no longer works. When opened, the app states it needs an update, but updating does not remove the error message. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help.
Once again app says to update but there’s no update
I can’t login as it says to update the app but there’s no update. The website says the same thing. Thank you so much for not allowing me to add money to my daughter’s account so she can eat her lunch.

I’ve been trying to add funds to my daughter’s school cafeteria account, I’ve checked more than twice, the version that I have of the app is current but when I input my password I get a prompt that tells me to refresh and update the app to the newest version. The app on my phone is up to date. Please help

App not working
Try to log in and app says go to App Store to load latest version, but the version is current. Cannot add funds or access the account. Doesn’t work on computer either.
App/Website unusable
Neither the app or website are usable. They both keep saying to update to the latest version but even when you do, it doesn’t work. No way to know how much my child has in their lunch account now.

Does not push low balance notifications
The app is fine, but does not alert low balances. I have notifications turned on for my phone as well as within the app, but they just never come up. I end up getting distressed calls from my kids that they are out of money on their account and can’t get lunch. This really needs to be fixed, as it’s a fairly critical requirement for an app like this.

Any new updates
I’m not sure what is going on but this app isn’t opening up properly.

Pushing User to Store CC on website / minimum $25 to replenish!
First, the app specifically won’t auto fill your credit card info from your wallet. This means that you have to pull out your card every time you want to pay, OR you store your credit card info on their servers. You know, the type that get hacked all the time? I believe they simply have to name the fields on the CC form correctly and IOS will do the rest. I’m sure they’ll say, “Well, WE won’t get hacked!” Yeah, right.
Also, I have three kids in HS and I give them $10 /day for lunch. With the previous system, I would go through their accounts each morning and bring them up to $10. Usually less that $20. This stupid system won’t allow anything less than a total of $25.
If you have influence at your school, wave them away from this system!

Frustrating/Terrible App
This app used to be very easy to use. However, due to covid, & kids going back to school, trying to get on this was impossible today. Kept saying my username wasn’t valid, although it’s the same one they emailed me back. Then my password was invalid. Tried to change it, came back again with invalid user or password. Tried making a whole new account. Wouldn’t accept it because it already had my email on file.
Extremely frustrating since I can’t add money to my kids account. All my info was correct, yet, it kept saying it was invalid EVEN THOUGH when it emailed me the info, it was the same I had just put in.
I’m not able to use this app, and it’s what my kids school uses. So not sure how to get this fixed.

What mishap happened?
Only issue I’ve had & noticed:
My kids school asked me to enter data if we’re on state assistance to aid in reduced/free meals program but I can not find where that is entered.
I did briefly but haven’t found it again.
Hopefully since we’ve qualified last year and previous years it doesn’t start charging money now but that’s what I’m worried about so hopefully it can get sorted out through the school if not here.

Terrible! I wish our school used another lunch payment program
I’ve had issues with mealtime on my desktop and this App. I’m not receiving notifications of low balance even though tech support says I’m set up correctly. And dont ever forget your password cause get what?? You’ll never receive the email to reset you password and so you can’t add money when you need to and your child won’t have money to buy lunch!! And You would think they would wave this stupid charge.
I’ll have to start sending in checks again. It’s cheaper and less stressful. I’m hoping our school finds another way and drop My Mealtime

Needs copy/paste in settings/password field
Extremely frustrating to have to type in a complex password in the password field of the settings (necessary to save any changes) because the copy/paste function hasn’t been coded in. This encourages stupid password choices.
