Unresponsive App

After upgrading to IOS 26 the app no longer works. The screen is non interactive and i cannot input login credentials. I have force closed the application and reopened it. I uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.

Update: 2 years later can’t even log in.

All the info on this app is out of date and all the app actually does is bring you to a bad version of the website. The medical industrial complex makes billions of dollars a year off of us. There’s no excuse for why an app should be this dysfunctional. do better.

Terrible app and terrible customer service

Not sure where to begin with the quality of customer service. All they know how to do is advise the customer that they will be on a 2-3 minute hold without an answer when they return to the call.

Not optimized for use on phones. Impossible to scroll. Never shows the full screen. Don’t offer an app if it doesn’t work for mobile devices.
